A public briefing session was held at Kin Choi Community Hall, Kin Ming Estate, on 11 March 2010 to introduce the 6 design options to the public, followed by holding a series of roving exhibitions at 5 different venues in Tseung Kwan O. In order to gauge the public preference on the 6 design options, a preference survey was conducted simultaneously with the exhibitions.
